Fleet Retrofitting

As our clients will attest, our proven formula eliminates the problems and anxiety typically associated with jobs of this type.

Step One is a complete written assessment of the situation, mapping out the location of each Fleet vehicle, assigning as many retrofitting teams as needed, producing the new graphics, making the teams travel arrangements (if necessary) and confirming the date and time for each truck.

Step Two is linking each fleet installation/retrofitting team with the assigned TKO Project Director via a 24/7 phone link. It is the director's job to stay on top of the status of each vehicle. Day or night. If a snag develops, the Project Director will document the issue and can typically resolve it long before it escalates into a full-fledged problem.
