What is full-service fleet identification?
TKO Graphix can handle every aspect of your job, from concept to design to production to installation, and even decal removal.

I'm interested in a new logo and corporate image, but I hate to invest in advertising design. Can you help?
Yes. Our Design Department can create a custom corporate image for your approval.

Once our company has a new corporate image, how can I replace the design on our current fleet?
TKO Graphix can de-identify your vehicles by either placing a new decal over the current image, or by removing the old then installing the new graphics.

What is the average turn-around time for complete vehicle graphics corporate imaging - from custom design to installation and delivery?
With clear direction from the customer, approximately two weeks.

I already have a design; how long will it take to manufacture and install the decals?
Typically less than one week, depending on the complexity of the design, the number and location of vehicles.

Do we have to deliver our fleet to Indianapolis for installation?
No. Although TKO Graphix has multiple installation bays at its Plainfield, Indiana location, and an installation facility in western Indiana, traveling teams of installers can also come to you, or any other designated location for application of fleet graphics.

Our company is located in another state; can TKO still provide full-service?
Yes. TKO Graphix' Design Department can communicate with customers via Internet, phone and fax; production proceeds as usual, then a team of installers will travel to your desired location for installation.

To prevent my fleet from experiencing too much downtime, is there a way to install decals while trucks and trailers are being serviced?
Yes. We can decal at most any facility, including dealerships. We also install graphics on the assembly lines for a number of OEM plants.

Can decals be applied to any type vehicle?
Yes.

How large can you make a decal?
As large as you need.

Is it possible to completely cover a trailer?
Yes!.

What materials are used in fleet identification?
For most of its vinyl decals, TKO Graphix uses high-quality 3M and Avery products.

How many colors can I have on my vehicles?
Unlimited.

I don't have a lot of vehicles, is it still cost-effective to invest in fleet identification?
Yes. One vehicle can make thousands of impressions daily.

Does TKO have "Just In Time" (J.I.T.) capabilities?
TKO Graphix has an on-site warehousing facility that enables customers who require just-in-time delivery to have their materials ready for application.

If I have a question and my National Account Manager isn't available, what happens?
Each National Account Manager works with dedicated customer service reps. (CSR's) who can either answer your question directly, or transfer you to someone who can. At TKO Graphix, voice mail is never your only choice.
