Local Company, TKO Graphix, Exhibits at the Expanded Work Truck Show®
March 3, 2011
Plainfield, IN — Large-format graphics company, TKO Graphix, will be exhibiting at the NTEA Work Truck Show®, at booth #4078. The show runs March 7-10, 2011, at the newly expanded Indiana Convention Center.
The Work Truck Show is North America’s largest work truck event. Produced annually by the NTEA, it brings together vocational trucks and transportation equipment from Classes 1–8, including chassis, bodies, components and accessories. The annual Work Truck Show is held in a different city every year, and has never returned to the same location two years in a row, however, the show will return to Indianapolis, Indiana, for the next two years.
“Indianapolis has been an excellent location for The Work Truck Show. We’ve broken attendance records the last two times we’ve held the event there,” says Steve Sill, NTEA convention chairman and president of Aspen Equipment Co. (Bloomington, MN). “The Indiana Convention Center’s expansion coincides with the growth of our event. We’re very excited to be back in Indianapolis for the next two years.”
Among other events, the Green Truck Ride-and-Drive at the The Work Truck Show® 2011 will be the largest in the event’s history, with 22 hybrid, alternative fuel (including pure electric), and high-efficiency diesel work trucks available for attendees to drive. Additional green commercial vehicles will provide equipment demonstrations in a stationary display area, adjacent to the outdoor Ride-and-Drive course.
Established in 1964, the NTEA is the leading association supporting the work truck and trailer industry. The Association currently represents nearly 1,600 companies that manufacture, distribute, install, sell and repair commercial trucks, truck bodies, truck equipment, trailers and accessories. Buyers of work trucks and the major commercial truck chassis manufacturers also belong to the Association. The NTEA provides in-depth technical information, education, and member programs and services, and produces The Work Truck Show®. The Association maintains its administrative headquarters in suburban Detroit and a government relations office in Washington, DC.
